Currently a Senior Vice President with First National Insurance Agency, LLC, Randy was born in Pittsburgh, PA, and attended college at Grove City – where he received his CPCU in 1976. His insurance career began as a field underwriter with The Commercial Union Insurance Company, before going to the agency side of the business in 1978.

In 1992, he merged agencies with SJ Morrell to form Morrell Butz and Junker, Inc.
